Default Have cash; need to mod. What is suggested?

I just got a 1998 Camaro SS and love it to death! It is pretty quick as it is, but I am looking for maybe 10s on motor? I don't know - what is possible? What should I get and what should I expect? I have about $3800 to spend. What should I get? Here is what I have so far:

Engine:

LS1 lid and K&N filter
MTI C1 "Hammer Cam"
918 springs
Oil pump (1000 miles)
7.35" Chromoly pushrods
New rings
LS6 intake
MMS Stage I heads (2.02/1.57- milled .030") for higher compression
175 degree thermostat
LS1 edit tuning
NX wet kit 100-150 shot

Transmission:

Rebuilt 4L60E Built by race car tranny shop in colorado. (1,000 miles)
Pro Torque 3600 stall. (1,000 miles)

Exhaust:

Mac headers with off-road y-pipe
Borla Exhaust (all welded in)
Dynomax bullet muffler
Suspension:

Hotchkiss panhard rod
Hotchkiss lower controller arms
Air bags (left and right side)
Sub-frame connectors (all welded in)
Eibach pro-kit lowering springs
Performance friction brake pads/ red calipers

thanks in advanced!

i like just about everything on there except your mac headers. get some kooks! i have heard nothing but great things about' em. but other than that i think 10's might be possible since your doing the nitrous as well. and you might want to recalculate on pushrods, if you are taking off .30 on your heads, the stock length is 7.40. i am not sure but maybe you should check on it or have someone else that really knows what they are doing to check it out. but either way good luck

you won't get 10's on MOTOR but you should have no problem on nitrous...i would check pushrod length as well...i really don't know too much about milling heads and their side effects so i can't comment to much...just seems like a good idea definatly get rid of them mid-length mac's they will not give you max power...the only way you are going to go 10's on motor is with a bigger cam...maybe even a bigger engine...good luck...let us know what you are willing to compromise

Hey folks, you all think I will be getting 10's on gas with the current setup? What about 11's on motor with current setup? I forgot to mention: I have about $3800 to spend. What would you all do with the money if you have my car? Thanks again!

do you have a 12 bolt or a 9"....if not you NEED that if you plan on doing some low et's...that will be a good $2500..ported throttle body....long tube headers with true duals...forged pistons and arp rod bolts...then you could prolly up the nitrous to a 200-250 shot...you might be able to get 9's...maybe

for 10's on motor I would get a better H/C setup and get the 90mm LSX intake and TB, and some LT's, and add some HAL shocks to your suspension list. About how heavy is the car? What wheels/tires will you be using at the track. What gears do you have? Also a higher (4000+) stall tq converter will help too.
