New PB - 9.87 Video inside Enjoyed some good racing at the Bradenton track rental with some great people. I got to try out my new first gear planetary and restalled converter. Seemed to work out good but was living on the rev limiter all night.
The last pass in the video was against fellow board member MechMan who ran a 10.21. His car launched awesome and made for a great side by side race.
Got a personal best on the 150 shot and went 9.92 @ 130 with a 1.36 short time. Jetted up to a 175 and short shifted to try and get further down track before the limiter. That netted another PB of 9.87 @ 130. The no change in mph shows how great a rev limiter works
. The car did go 110 in the 1/8 on that pass.

That was a fun Race. I think I could get a little more outa her. If I set it up to leave off the trans brake. I was just footbraking on the spray. But I cant complain about a 1.41 60' "next" year. its on

Your car definitely left hard. I should be able to pull a still photo off the video and I'll shoot you a copy.

Who are you kidding with that won't catch me stuff. After the diet, you car is going to fly. I don't even want to think about records, may make me do something stupid and hurt the motor.

John, get that car out there and run the number on you know who 
Yes, I had Coan tighten the converter and then I went and upgraded the 1.76 first to a 1.96 and am all over the limiter again. Was hoping the two would cancel each other out and I'd get down the track. I've got a little change that should help and will probably run this Wed night. The DA is looking really good.

lookin Very nice Eric, after bustin that hot dog wrapper "9.96" at thunder i thought it was one of those freak occaurances. nice way to back it up.
