Serpentine belt problem

Serpentine belt problem i just changed the 2 belts with ones from Pep Boys. the little belt fits flushed with the grooves but the big belt sticks over the top.
running good for over 2 weeks.
today it was cold with some serious wind chill factor.
started the car and the belt jumped off.
could it be one of my accessories is going bad and seized momentarilly? thanks
