Default What causes this??

I have a th350 with a reverse valve body and trans brake. The forward clutch pack is fried and the guy that built it is blaming it on mis alighnment of the shift linkage. I had the S clip bend because he forgot to torque a bolt on the valve body and it came loose. That is where the problem origanated. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks
Joe

Take it to a guy who doesn't forget to tighten the bolts, etc.
