I run mt et street 26 x 11.5 x16 .I think the biggest factor for a taller tire is for more side wall .And gear ratio mine is also a4 373 and i run 11.6 @116mph 1.6 60ft times.Works for me!What are you running now.

I am running a nitto right now but havent been to the track since my 3.73 went in and I just want to make sure I wont bounce off my rev limit in the 1/4 with a 26 in tire. I know some guys run a 28 in tire for just that reason but they are probably 4.11 guys. What is your RPM through the traps? A 28 might be the way for me to go anyway since I have a feeling traction will be an issue this year after a few more mods I am going to shoot for 600rwhp with a little moore boost.

P.S. That is a nice ET

My shift pts are set at 6400 and my rev limiter set at 6700. My trap speed is around 5700 rpms.Ilike to shift manualy have always had better ets that way.Pluse its more fun.Thats some major hp .Your going to have fun trying to get that beast to stick. those nittos would never cut it .Itried those to much vinesing for me.Just like to stomp it .
