yea i did something stupid...
Well I made a mistake, and seriously I dont need any bs about how dumb i am for what i did , I know it was stupid but I decided my first car project at to be a third gen ls1 conversion so I am going to make dumb mistakes. But here is what I did, before I put my 3700 Midwest stall on I didnt pour a quart of ATF in the coverter. All is want to know is there anything I can do to get around dropping the trans to pour the quart in the converter? Id appreciate any info thanks.

Thats what I figured because I know the fluid flows from the trans to the converter, and I know that there was some residual fluid in the converter anyway so I dont think that it is going to burn up on start up (the car isnt running yet). But I was looking in car craft or some magazine and I saw them pourin a quart in the converter and I was like damn it i forgot to do that. Hopefully its all good, thanks for the help.

Keep the fluid in the tranny now. Cross the fingers and he legs when you start. I would have a lump in my gut as soon as I turn the key. Hope all is well. Then again... it is a F-BODY.... No worries...

yeah it will for sure be fine. I forgot to add the quart to the converter that I put into my v6 I had. I started it, left it in neutral, and added fluid as it needed. It was fine.
