I know that on my car when i have one light go out it tends to effect other lights also. For example: I had a turn signal that had corrosion in the socket, and it was causeing my Parking brake light to come on when it wasn't applied, and to not turn on when it was applied. Same for my driving lights, if one is corroded or goes out it tends to make my others very dim. I suggest pulling all the lights on the front, and cleaning out the sockets with a wire brush.
Hope this helps.
