Hey all.
If I remember right isn't there a adjustment I need to make on the throttle body sensor to get the most of it? If so can someone tell me the exact #'s I will need. Thanks

Get ya Fluke meter out and adjust the TPS until it reads 4.6 @ WOT.

You may need to adjust your set screw to get your IAC counts right. I made some directions on how to do this on here awhile back.

Rather than adjusting for WOT TPS voltage. Idle I believe should be around .5V +or- .05V.

Yeah, the voltage doesn't really matter as long as you don't exceed the maximum at WOT. And that can only be done by grinding the top throttle stop. Your car will re-learn WOT as 100%. Mine always does...some people have had weird things happen where it doesn't, but I have no idea why that is.

I would worry more about voltage than percentage. The computer does not care about percents it wants to see what amount of the 5V reference comes back to it. It can be adjusted by turning the TPS sensor. If the holes are not slotted you can slot one of them to get the right V. 0.5V at closed throttle.
