Default mti stage 2e heads?

Is this enough head for a 382 stroker?

or maybe a stage 2/3 ls6 head with 2.05/1.60 valves

They are not going to do what you want.... OR look into a set of AFRs, you will be happier

Yeah I asked what they (MTI) would recomend since the customer car I was working on was stock bottom end , but would be building a stroker in the future. David Coates told me that they would need to be brought back an let them upgrade to 2R's with bigger valves and a little more work they said they would just charge him the difference in price. Just what I know on the subject. Good luck!
Sidestep- What are you saying? The 2E's won't do what he is looking for or the 2R's or even a stage 3 LS6 head won't. Because by my account of the cars I've seen there heads do very well and have made numbers to back that up. Now the AFR's look good so far but there haven't been that many tests yet so I am still watching and waiting.

nah, i think he was saying the 2e heads wouldnt do him right cuz of the bigger bottom end.....but the other ones would

My heads do pretty good. I'd put them on a stroker and not think twice. There are some better choices for a stroker I'm sure, but what did people put on the strokers before the other heads were available, the FAST intakes came out, and the bigger headers were available? They found a way to make horse power with what they had and did a good job of it. We work with what we have and what we can afford.
