Default need help with exhaust

i have a 1999 trans am auto and i want to put true duals on it what kind of longtubes would be best cause i am going to build my own duals dad owns an exhaust shop in west texas and was also wondering what i have to do about the o2 sensor passing inspecion is no kind of problem in west texas

o2 sims or have a tuner delete the code, read jrp's faq's, all LTs dyno around the same, so now its down to quality, looks, and price, go here

i use hooker lt's with my duals. its all preference really, im sure theres suttle differences, but for 400, seemed perfect for me

If you got the cash, Stainless Steel is the way to go. Right now, arguably the best two headers you can buy are the Stainless Steel Kook's or te QTP stainless steel.


In all honesty, until you start making some real big power, most LT headers are gonna perform similiar.



For what it's worth, I run Hooker Lt's with TSP true duals....I am VERY pleased with my setup.

I have Kook's LT with TSP true duals and am about as happy as I can get with them. I had a Catback with a Cutout before and it was decent but LT and TD are the way to go. Look for a Group purchase on Kook's and save a little money.
