Throttle body blade air bleed hole size
I have seen a couple of threads about what size hole from the factory the T/B blade is. I just got finished measureing them and blade part number (# stamped on the blade itself) 70125 is .143" and 79651 is .163". Just posted this for reference and for searches.

All I have are TB cores that I bought from various places like here and e-bay. I have seen both # blades in all years of f-body. I thought at first that the 79651 blade was for auto cars but I have seen that is not the case. I do not know why GM puts one on an engine instead of the other.

thought i might bring this one back alive since im having idle issues with an 80mm TB that doesnt have a hole in the blade. I was told that i can drill one, but not sure waht size i should make it. Does the above measurments go the same for 80mm TBs on an 98 LS1 with stock internals and an LS6 intake manifold?
