Default 4l60e and B&M

just wondering how long I can expect my 4l60 to last with a B&M shift kit. I know It's better to go with a Transgo but short on the $ and getting anxious.

I am not sure if anyone can answer your question. Ive done some research on shift kits when i was trying to gather info for my covertor install. I read and been told that for the trans go shift kit to work properly you need to delete TQ managment. And delteing TQ managment will make your transmisson work harder and probaly wont help the longtivity.

I had the $35 B&M shift kit in my old (stock) 4l60e. It was nothing but problems but it may have been because of the way it was originally installed. Had that problem fixed and the trans lasted another 25K miles. I'd go with the trans go right off the bat. I've never heard of bad stories concerning the trans go.
