umm im not an expert.. but arent those stock 17x9.5 ZR1 wheels? the tires look to be 275/40 ZR 17's

i know there are now company's offering the same wheels in 18", check on Ebay

They look to be just stock chrome ZR1's. They might be 11's in the rear, but it's really hard to tell from that angle though.

They're 17x9s on the front with 275/40 tires and 17x11s on the rear with some thing that looks to be a 315/35 tire.

He asked whose car it was. But seriously, so many people have SS wheels on their z28s and billitt grills so I have no idea.

They look like 17x9s all the way around to me....the 315s usually stick out more than that.
