That was fast, killed some scooters if that's what they were.

i'd love to be able to drive like that..........or even have the confidence to do so! especially with my own car even.

Watch the whole video, his steering inputs to not match the angle of the car throughout some corners. It's not consistent. Not to mention the fact that the in-car shots don't match the ones from the top of the car. It switches from two windshield wipers to one.

Looks real to me. If he's not steering in the direction of the turn thats called under steer something rear engine porsches are known for. Perfectly normal, his reactions to the turns look real except that some parts look speed up.

Thats the awesome Nurburgring in Germany. Anyone can turn up, pay 18 Euros which is like $20 for a lap, and get to see what you or your car is capable of.. :drive:

It's real, look at the shadows of the sun as he goes through a corner... it matches the curve of the road.

I'll re-watch it later, but on the first run through it looked very inconsistent... Maybe I'm just too skeptical.

having driven a few I can vouch for that, the 996/997s arent as bad but 993s/964s/930s oversteer. I think the psm is all that prevents it on the newer cars. All that weight in the back

Oversteer understeer, its one of them but what he's doing is exactly how a porsche handles. The video is 100% real, i am just skeptical of the "video speed" towards the end

That is exactly what I was thinking. He doesn't have any safety gear whatsoever!

The vid is real as well as the speeds. I've got the actual helicopter footage. It is a CTR-Ruf. He's wearing a 5 pt harness but that's it. It's a blast there like someone said earlier. Pay and go. Run what you brung at your own risk. I've wrecked there myself once but I was a rookie then. :D

He wasn't trying to drift the whole way either. He was pushing that car past it's limits resulting in all that drifting. Ran one of the fastest laps recorded w/ a factory vehicle.

Germany. That track is about the sickest thing ever designed to test a cars overall performance. That is WHY GM keeps mentioning that the CTS-V and the vette's are tuned at the nuremburg.

14 miles baby. I love that place. During the spring/summer on wkends there's like 2-3 million in hardware out there. Every exotic you can think of and all the people are really cool. It's funny when you roll up there in a group of Fbodies. They don't laugh or anything but just look a little perplexed. Almost like fbodies are exotics in some peoples eyes. They're really surprised when we are hanging w/ them or passing them. :D

That guy is Tapped!! and i hope i will be able to drive somwhere near that caliber someday.
