I have a 2004 Black CTS-V for sale. It has 5,900 miles on it, black interior, sunroof, CAGS eliminator, MAF sensor and a MORE PERFORMANCE intake. Car is in excellent condition. Don't want to sell, but looking into a investment property. The car is located in Connecticut. Asking 45,000. Email me if you have any questions gpasiako@yahoo.com.

Car sounds nice, but you may want to check around on the prices.

I traded my '04 for an '05. I had 20,000 miles and needed body work (ding, scratch, dent) and a clutch. I was first offered $31,000 but negotiated up to $36,255. Car sold off the used lot within 3 days for $38,500. I'm a GMS customer so my "upside down" scale is a little different from others. 19% depreciation to me is acceptable especially with the excessive miles and the body work issues.

What do you think is a fair price? It was hardly used, it is in excellent shape. I also had the car simonized, which covers the cars paint for five years from any damage from rain, snow, birds, sap etc. If they cant' fix it they paint it for free. The interior also has been simonized. To me that in itself is worth extra money especially because the car is black.

I would check Edmunds.com and KBB.com and research the trade-in value. That's your best bet.

Sounds nice, what kind of investment property are you looking for? Rental house? Beach condo?

I know we are a long way away from each other but maybe could work out an interesting trade. :drive:

Im looking into buying a rental property, something that generates a good cash flow. The car is great, but I would like to use the car payment for something else. I Financed the whole price of the car so my payment is high, 1042.00 a month. I could do alot with the extra money. What do you have that you would like to trade for?

You could do a LOT with $1,042 a month going towards rental property.

Depending on how you wanted to manager the property (I can hook you up with that also) I have a range of rentals available, for very close to what you are looking for.

Normal spread on ours is $200/mo per property including PITI, not including equity growth, which is around 6%+ here lately.

I also have some beach property you may be interested in, but that would be a trade plus cash deal for sure. Property in that area averaged 100% growth over 2003-2004. Seems high but we saw incredible gains, lots next door sold for $30k in '03, and $950k in late '04. No kidding, I can send you the tax card to check it out if you want. :)

Go for Florida, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami.

That and Las Vegas have seen the largest property gains in the long run and short.
