Default LS6 Manifold & !AIR/EGR ?'s

Ok, I'm doing an LS6 IM swap and of course it seems like I can never fix something w/o breaking something else. So I snapped the plastic tube connected to the pass. side of the manifold. This the PCV tube or what? Goes from TB to the back of both valve covers I believe...

Then while I was yanking the AIR & EGR out of the car, I noticed there was a small tube leading off of the thin one that connects to the back of the manifold. I'm guessing it went to my AIR? Can I just block this off? Do I need a new hose? Or what?

Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!! TIA!!!

I thought the small vacuum line affected the Air Conditioning . . . .

And the tube that broke on the Passenger side of the manifold is the PCV port . .

i broke the pcv tube also, i got some rubber fuel hose and some small hose clamps and the fix has worked superb, in regards to the other tube the only one i can remember from my swap was the one that went to the back of your intake for the hvac controls.

Here's a couple of really bad pics. The Yellow goes off from the rear of the manifold to where I'm guessing the HVAC. The Red part goes to the back of the manifold. The Blue part I'm confused about. Anyone else have this? I don't recall this when I did the LS6 swap on my old 99 Z28. Is this a weird 2000 thing? Thanks to you all again.

nikon1999- can you give me details on how you rigged that up? I may just have to resolve to that! best of all, it doesn't sound like anything close to $100

I'm just using some hose that goes to a pcv valve that's stuck in the valve cover. I think it cost me like $6 total.

Most people break the oil pressure sending unit located behind the intake. Hummmm.

i'd say disconnect the big hose from the back of the manifold rather than disconecting it from the brake booster. Or disconnect it from the brake booseter, then disconnect it from the manifold. I believe that's what did it... twice...

So as long as you have a hose connecting everything, then it's fine? What did you use to make the T intersection?
