I need to update my laptop to 1.5?????

Default I need to update my laptop to 1.5?????
I'm sure this is a dumb question but, if use my pc for all my internet stuff and my laptop in my cars only, how do I go about updating my latop with the new version 1.5 HP without being on their website? I've already updated my pc, I just need help with the laptop please!

put the program onto a cdr and put it into the cd rom in your laptop and run the exe file
