Default LS1 and LQ4 Compatibility

Are LS1 and LQ4 parts compatible? I want to build an engine with a 6.0 liter iron short block (truck) with a stroker crank and everything else LS1 (heads, intake, computer, ect.) Is this possible? Has anybody done this? I'm building up a motor for my new car and I think that this combo would be sweet!!!

Yep. You will have to order the 408 strocker kit. But it is a straight drop in exsept for one thing. There is a bolt that has to be drilled and tapped for the alternator to mount to the block.
