im driving down the pierce elevated,(in my 02SS) im at the second light before the ramp for 45S, this is in houston, i turn to my left and i see a black 05 vette, it was pretty sweet, so he revs on me, and i reve back, theres a **** load of traffic ahead of us, but we go and get around the traffic, and race to the ramp, he takes me, but we slowed down to get on the ramp cause there was traffic, we go around the traffic, and he guns it, but i was still behind him, he doesnt try to line up, then gun it, needless to say, he took me, he puts his blinkers on, which was unnecessary. we hit traffic again, and i rolled down my window at him and told him he had a pretty fast car... BUT HE COULD HAVE LINED UP WITH ME ON THE FREEWAY, kept it at 60 for a second or 2, then gone, i would have done shifted to 2, and i dont know. his was auto, im not saying i would have beat him, but i would have liked to find out....

yeah i got a ride in one last night and it was a A4 and thing still pulled hard and it was bone stock alll the way down to the paper filter

Anyway, good death to the C6 even though it sounds like he cheated a little bit. But I wouldn't mind losing to a C6 anyway, they are awesome rides.

heh, I like how the people tried to get ou of the cars for whatever reason. Were they trying to stop the cars with thier feet or something? And I was almost hoping the chick was going to get hit, or at least it as going to be closer than it was.

yep, went to the track on friday in a A4 C6

went 12.8 at 110 BONE STOCK with a 2.08 60 ft.

those cars are running 12.5's with autos here in houston and if we put J-rod in the drivers seat of an m6 C6, we can maybe see an 11 out of a bone stock one

Lots of people do this, Ive seen even super charged vipers that would not line them up even though he would have smoked my old cam only car, It seem's A lot of People *****'s, they just dont like to loose.

Or a lot of people are pretty dayum smart. Driving/Racing a 300 or 400HP car on the street is one thing. But could you imagine trying to hook a probably 800+ horse Supercharged Viper on the street? I know I wouldn't want to try to race with something that powerful on the street.

hard to read? what are you kidding me? what about it was hard to read? ....well i dont have anything in the SS. yet. but hopefully soon ill get my pulleys, air lid, electric water pump, and thrn ill be broke again and have plenty of time to think about what else to buy.

I see your point, but Yes He did race it, and there was no one around on an empty HWY along the coastline up north.
