Blowout, need advice on nittos

Default Blowout, need advice on nittos

what are the biggest nittos i can put on my car. The rims are stock 17 245's I believe. Is a 99 ws6. Are the 555DR's the largest? Need advice, cause i had a blowout this morning and hit a curb and the to drivers side tires blew out.

Your wheels should be 17x9, the largest nitto you can go with is a 274/40R17. Anything bigger, like a 315/35R17 and you will need wider(10.5-11inch) wheels.

i have 275/40/17 nitto's and i think those are as big as you can go, maybe 285...but im not sure. hell you could go 315, but it wouldnt be safe

I have 17x9 with 315/35/17 Nitto DR and have no problems with it at all.....tire looks real good on it also......don't be afraid to do it....you'll be happy once you get that fatty on it

Nittos Are Measured Different And Are Actually Narrower Than Say A Bfg 315/35. A 315 Nitto Will Fit Fine On A 17x9
