Single Digit Club - 1/8 mile times

Just curious whats some of the 1/8mile times in here...how many 5 sec. and 6 sec.... just looking at general info,sometimes 1/8 mile times doesnt get noted.. :)

mine is 6.03 @ 114.99 on a 1.49 60' :)

mine is a 5.82@ 124.98 on a 1.431 60ft. :bang:

5.47@ 128.9 with a 1.25 60ft

Mine was a 6.4 @ 111 with a 1.6 60'

my mph is way off. i was having fuel issues my 9.9 pass, the following week i went a 1.4 60, but lost it about 200 feet out. atco had shit traction that day. one car went on the roof. 330" 4.2 lol

5.96@114 with a 1.35 60ft for me
5.90@119 with a 1.27 60ft for the other car I drive. LOL

Both of these cars with be faster this year for sure. On a big tire I am shooting for 5.7s.

and my 97 SS Vert went 5.68 @ 129.xx 1.38 60ft still trying to get used to the car.

You're the one that bought George Baxters <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=car&v=56">car</a> correct?Yes.Since I have had it I have now taken everything off of it and put everything onto my 02 and put an LS1 into the 97 Vert.Iam racing it in a class out here and the minimum weight is 3300#'s and I weighed 3470 #'s so I am hoping to get closer to race weight and I also took off the X Trim Blower and I am replacing it with a 85mm Turbo.

5.44 at 131mph. 1.26 60ft. On one "small" kit. Right beside Kurt Urban in Ronnie Dukes Convertible.

How many guys running 6's n/a? Any running 5's n/a? I got a new best of 7.21 (1/8)this weekend with pretty bad traction problems. 60' had to be horrible. Hopping with alittle more weight reduction and better traction to get into the 6's. Thanks.

best 5.89@115.1 being i footbrake guess from what I'm gathering here, even though some of the ex. are p/a is I can afford to trade some low end for some topend and start using the brake...;)

very impressive joe.. i'm surprised at the amount of foot brake methods being used in todays racing.. When I was running I was transbraking in the parking lot out back as soon as I fired the car :D Every pass i ran was Tbraked...

my car is wierd anyway ..I tried t-brake and dead stuck it ..though it felt like it left alot harder and ran quicker..I'd always find a slower ET and slower 60 ft. when I got the timeslip...still havnt figured that one out yet :emb:

I got a new one of a 5.83 tonight. This will greatly change in soon enough when all the kinks get worked out. I would like to see a .6x out it.....

nice guys, MY 86GN is almost finished with the sage 2 block and should go 5.80's hopefully and still purrs like a kitten and street legal.
