What you think of this? yes its a lil insane
This is how im leaving this world lol, if im not mistaking it is possible mayb less gear tho, but this soudns compatable. If i am sick and weak at a very old age im def. doing this and going out with a bang, and if i were to survive (im assuming a heart attack over annything else doubt the walll will wipe me out but possibility) id live to tell about it
2002 Trans Am WS6 with the following
MTI 455 stroker with the works(605 fwhp/610 fwtq with g1 cam and 1 3/4" headers)
-add
-larger cam looking along the lines of T-rex, Jugornaut, Gigantor, or Texas Giant Cam (248/254, .629"/.622", 113 LSA ) i believe it should work
-QTP 1 7/8" headers and dual cutout Y pipe through GMMG
-Full suspension
-TH400 auto tranny w/ 4400 stall torque converter
-9" rear with 4.30 or 4.56
-Mickey T's 28-30"
-250 shot
sound dangerous but hey its if im gonna die, why not a way illenjoy it and be remembered either as dumb, crazy, wild, courageous, GODLY lol
what you think that can run on about a full weight T/A

Well, I certainly would think that a 250 shot on that large of a motor would be either one hell of a ride or one expensive coffee table. You certainly may get your wish one way or another. Good luck.

You can't use a 4400 stall convertor with a 250 shot of nitrous. Actually you can use it, it just will be terribly inefficient, kinda like slipping your clutch for the entire quarter mile. A 3000 to 3400 will be the max on that setup.

and with that low of converter for the nitrous, it isn't going to run as good as it could n/a... you'll be giving something up either way..
i would just run a 408,422,427... prolly run just as quick for one thing, and if u have that much money id just drop the car off at mti and tell them the e.t. u want to run and let them have at it.

power seems low we made 630 at the flywheel out of a 382ls1 stroker with 12:2cr and a lsx manifold and a .670 hydraulic set up. with switching to a solid roller now and the addition of a vacuum pump we are expecting 700. so if you only make 600 out of 455ci i would be extremely disappointed.

well those are the numbers through a GTO with 1 3/4" stianless works headers and the G1 cam....that cam is nice just doesnt rev very high like the largere cams, also is not as powerful. i think 605/610 on that type of car (was built for streetability mind you) is reasonable considering the ZL1's are in that range? (or is it 500's at the crank i 4get) even though its a 427 they do have a more radical cam form the factory then the G1 so yes the numbers seem reasonable. also i am unsure wof what cams are possibilities with this motor but seemed like it would work, its recommended for big cubes to pump that power out
anyways anybody elsE?

I would say in a factory weight car, high 9's
I would also say that converter might be abit to big for that much bottle. I would say closer to 4000 would be better. That is what we have in Mark's car and it has gone a best of 1.27 60ft
