Default How much is too much spring load/lobe acceleration

on a stock lifter? What kind of closed and open pressures have guys run on stock lifters, steel valves

i know what you can do with the Comp Rs, but I want to try something with the stock lifters. Everyone is skeered of them thoguh I take it

Nick, did you measure your installed height on your setup, and you used Pat spring seats, retainers, and which stock or the super7 lock? The variances you found were roughly about 6# difference in seat pressures.
