Default 2001 SS vs. new model Mercedes E500

I took the Z to work this morning because my brother wanted to borrow my daily driver (Mazda 3). The route I take includes a two lane road which is completely straight for about 5 miles. Cruising at 75, I get passed very quickly by a new black E500 4matic doing maybe 90. I get on it quick (I'm in the right lane, him in the left) and pull up to him, downshift from 6th to 4th and pace him with my nose at his rear door. We pace at about 85 for about a quarter mile and then he guns it. He got maybe a half second jump before I hit the throttle. I stopped his pull by 100 and I let off at 115 when we were nose to nose (so I guess from 85-115 I pulled 1 car on him in 4th) It is very cold here (-20 C) and I don't have winter tires on eventhough the pavement is dry, I didn't want to risk losing control so I didn't continue on past 120. He must have shut down at the same time because we were side by side as we were braking. When we slowed back down to about 80 I came up beside him and gave him a friendly And he returned a not so friendly . .......
Anyways, I was surprised, I thought it was a good run and thought he would be cool about it, especially seeing that he looks in his late 20's. Oh well...

If he didnt want to race he didnt have to.
Flicking you off was stupid.
You should have thrown a quarter at his car
