TC stall speed?

TC stall speed? What would be a good stall speed for an almost daily driver with all free mods done and N2O, LT's and ORY coming soon? Want to keep fairly good street manners, but need more out of the hole. Also, would a shift kit help, or would it be better to firm up the shifts with a tune? Or should I do both? Hey, it's the wife's car and I only get to play on the weekend.

With Nitrous, I would say 2800-3000 stall. Every Nitrous tune I have seen makes max. TQ way down the RPM band. You want that for max. effort out of the hole without blowing off your slicks.

depends on if you plan on adding N/A horsepower still.
I am 390 N/A and about 525 w/ nitrous.
I also have a 231/237 TSP CAM
I have a TCI 3500 stall converter and wish it was bigger (at least 4000)

Most people end up going too small with there first converter and end up buying a bigger one. A 3500 is a great place to start and a great all around converter. Shoot me an email if you would like to discuss some options and prices.
