Default building my 6.0

i have a 99 gmc sierra scsb with a 5.3 and a long list of bolt ons. my best time on an 1/8th is a 9.58 on rozzi chamber 18s with toyos. im thinking about building a motor this summer. i want to put my 5.3 heads on an lq9 and put a cam in it. i also plan on building my trans. and putting a 9.5 inch 2600 stall in it. im shooting for about 350 rwhp because i drive the truck every day and i dont want to get carried away with the motor and i need it to keep respectable gas mileage. what parts should i get to go into my motor?

Default

how about a TR220/114 cam? headers would be good... i'd use the stock LQ9 heads tho, or a LS6 style head... stock 5.3's have only a 1.84" intake valve vs a 2.00"...
