SWEET MOTHER OF GOD are these bright!!

24 - 26,000 mcd Leds

I have to say that this has DOUBLED the amount of light from the cargo light. I will have an extensive write-up with pics and the whole 9 yards in a couple days.

Next up....... That damn rear view mirror.

Thanks to IR for the inspiration!

Because the lights in the car now are that dingey yellow that really isn’t that bright. Not to mention that the incandescent bulb draws MORE current for less light. This will give you MORE light with LESS current not to mention that you should never have to replace that light again (or for at least 6 or so years).

The write up is here: http://www.lastofthebreed.com/Instal...rdLEDCargo.htm

It has not been polished yet so please let me know of ANY questions or comments so I can make it better for everyone. Thanks again..

Oh yea and you are right about the pics not giving it justice.. The cargo light alone provided enough light in my 2 car garage to walk around and find things.. lol =)

If you give me some idea on what you'll be charging and it's not prohibitive, I can say I am very interested. My wife complained two weeks ago how sucky the lights were anyway. ;D

Here is a comparison of my 2 D cell battery Mag Light on a medium width setting, and my new 26000mcd LED Cargo Light.

Here is the Map Lights in the rearview Mirror finally finished. After much debating I only used 12 - 26,000 mcd LED's per side. I think it turned out quite nice.. When ever I turn on the interior lights now I have this sudden urge to yell LET THERE BE LIGHT!!

This illuminates my garage!! It is great!

I will have this write-up done as soon as possible.

Awesome work! I have a quick question do the LED's fade when turning off like the bulbs do?
