255 front tires on 17x9.5's?
hey guys, i just ordered some 17x9.5 and 17x11 TTII's for my car. i'm going to go with 315 nitto's on the rear and would like to run around a 255 series front.
i realize the 275 is the normal choice, and is the OEM size on SS's and WS6's, but i want the fronts to be a bit narrower, and really make the 315's look like beasts. the 255's come in either a 40 or 45 series for the 17" wheel. the 45's might fill the fender better than the 40's and look a bit nicer. which should i go with? 255/40/r17 or 255/45/r17?
i saw a thread where a guy had a black z28 with 255's and 315 nitto's on some either TTII's or ZR-1 wheels. it looked REDICULOUSLY MEAN. i have been searching for a few hours and decided on the rears (over the BFG drags), but cant really make up my mind on the fronts, plus my searching for 255 fronts isnt proving to be very productive.
i can get these pretty cheap, from either tirerack.com or discount tire, but i'm looking for some input. any ideas guys?

255's will be fine... had them on my WS6 on the front with a set of 17x9.5 chrome ZR1's. they didn't have much bulge on the side or offer as much rim protection, but they still looked fine!
