How much help would LCA's & a Panhard rod be?

How much help would LCA's & a Panhard rod be? With ~350rwhp/350rwtq. The only suspension mods I have are SFC's & a STB. Thinking about a panhard bar & lca's. any input is helpfull. Car is mainly a daily driver with some track time. I may try auto X in the future. Will these help or hurt Auto X racing?

Control arms make a difference in hooking up and wheel hop isssues if you have them as for the panhard rod it would probably be stiffer and tighter which is probably a good thing but not sure contact WJ in eastern members he seems to know his suspesion stuff as far as i can tell
