My SS...R.I.P Stolen and totaled (pics) With all the love for the F-Body at this site, I almost didnt want to post this here. My 01 was stolen from my work parking lot last Thursday(I watched it drive away while caling 911) and a high speed pursuit ensued with the CHP.
With speeds up to 130 mph the Highway Patrol had to put out a tack strip before he killed innocent people on the Highway. The ******* hit the tack strip going 115 and then rolled a few times. He was ejected from the car and im sorry to say he lived to steal again. My car Burned.

Take those extra precautions people. It can happen to anybody.

Sorry for the lose. That haas to be the worst thing ever. Can you ask the cops for 5 minutes alone with that piece of **** that stole your car? I have such a heavy feeling in my stomach looking at those pics I can't imagine how you feel.

stupid ******* should have died (sorry for my honesty) but looking at that hurt me. I can't imagine how much you would love to have that jerk in your hands right now... but I am very sorry for your loss and hopefully you can find another beautiful ss to replace your baby

damn. i cant imagine what i would do. luckily im in the navy, and the my parking lot is well protected

OMG I wasn't ready for that. The first pic looks so good and then WHAM nail us with what happened. That is a huge fear of mine and you just made it a reality. I'm very sorry for your loss!
Really sorry to hear that. Wish that bastard would have been trapped in the car at least.

Im getting misty-eyed looking at the pics..i am sooo sorry and I know there's nothing any of us can really say to make you feel any better...but wow. Looking at that literally chokes me up..and makes me furious at the same time. I can only imagine how I would feel if I had to go through that. My prayers are with you May he suffer a long, terrible death...
if you don't mind me asking..how did he steal it..was it unlocked..did he break in and hotwire it..? If it's too painful i understand

Wow, sorry for you loss.. If the thief has a nickle then sue the fker.. if he is underage then sue his parents.
Hope the insurance works out and you get another fbody. After looking at that second pic I guess all I can say is that these cars really are pretty safe.
