Ok I just bought a set of MTI stg.2R heads from James Day (TXCAMSS)...
I was wondering if i could fit a TR 236 cam in it, would I have clearence issues? I think I would, but if i got a thicker gasket would that help me out? I know that would lower compression, but these heads are milled .030 so it would kinda cancel eachother out right?

Cometic makes head gaskets up to .074 (051 is stock GM) so you can gain .023 clearance in head gasket although it will reduce CR a bit.
Do you have your heads off your car? Can you take pics of the combustion chamber for me? I took mine off yesterday and they look a little odd, would like to compare them to another set of stage IIR's/
