What weight of lucas gear oil did you use and is this synthetic or non synthetic? And is this ok for the factory installed auburn diff?

non-synthetic for factory auburn.

i used 84w-140 non synthetic in my 10 bolt before it blew. i bought 2 bottles of it and emptied a bottle of gm friction modifier into each bottle of gear lube before i put the lube in. i used such thick stuff to try and quiet it down some, wont hurt anything.
