I would be a good race, just depends on drivers skill as well becsue both are going to be manuel transmissions. Also what gears do you have, also I would have your car tuned before running one. As far as power goes probley in the 360 range because you have a manuel trans, I think you could give a stock one a good run.

3.42 gears I think you could outrun one. With it tuned, and great conditions I would think your car can run 12's easily. I think stock Cobras run 12.8 or so in good conditions with a good driver. I think you could hold your own against one.

Stock cobra's can run anywhere from 12.4@115 (I believe that is the fastest) to 12.6@113 (MY bonestock time) all the way up to low 14's at 105 (yes, I have witnessed a horrible driver "achieve" these times).

When I was making 366rwhp @ 351rwtq I raced an 03 w CAI making 387rwhp. I had a 200lb passenger and he was alone. We did 3 runs from 65mph to the end of 4th gear. Results were 1-1 with one virtual tie. It came down to who had the better jump on the 3rd honk. I pulled him by 1/2 car, he did the same to me next time, the last run were were fender to fender the whole way.
Being untuned it will be tough for you to hang with him, as your missing out of some power. If he's not so great of driver you have a really good chance.
