I just installed a racetronix pump/harness/plug and play system. After install the pump would not run.....trouble shooting showed the harness was installed correct. I pulled the pump back out(PAIN). I put power/ground to the pump wires. I used the black wire for negative and the white for positive. Pump did not run....played with it ...then is would run for a few seconds...didnt sound good. I noticed when compared to my stock pump....which is identical to the racetronix pump. the racetronix unit had a small (-) and (+) sign on the pump......but on my stock pump the + / - were marked also but in opposite locations......stock pump red connected to the positive. On the racetronix the positive was actually hooked to the black wire in the plug.

What is the problem .......anyone with same problem..
