Default cam bearings, retainers, seats???

my car has 107,000 miles on it I am planning on doing a cam swap, and I was wondering if I needed to change my cam bearings. Also was wondering if you have to change the seats and retainers, when doing a cam swap. I plan on getting the 224/227 563/569 cam package from Thunder Racing, it comes with single sgrings and pushrods. Any help is appreciated.

You will not be able to change the cam bearings without completely tearings the motor down to almost a bare shortblock.

The stock retainers and spring seats are fine when going with the Comp 918 single spring. They must be changed when going to a double spring such as the Crane 144832 or Comp 921s.
