hey JRP - It's just a block, the motor is a 408ci with forged everything built for spray. Already in the car, just curious if it was LQ4 or 9 6.0 block

Yeah same block.

LQ4 has hardend valve seats. I work for the company that RPO'd the trucks into duel fuel option. CNG does not lubricate the seat like regular pump gas and the hardened seats are required to make sure the engine survives under heavy loading for 150K+ miles.

LQ4/9 is the same block.

The difference between an LQ9 and an LQ4 is the pistons (LQ9 = 10:1 flat tops, LQ4 = 9.6:1 dished)
