I'm pissed! Has anyone heard of these guys? I placed an order on Oct. 17 with a total of $873.30, and cancelled it a couple days later. The person I spoke to said all my money would be credited back onto my credit card, no fees for cancelling or restocking fees whatsoever. Well, next 2 visa statements I noticed there wasn't anything from them. So I tried calling them and nothing. I nearly forgot about it until a couple weeks ago. I've been calling them a couple times a day since then. They haven't answered once, no answering service, nothing. I tried to go onto their website and double check I have the right number, or to get an address for the lawyer... website looks like it was closed down. Anyone have any tips of how to go about this? I'm planning on going to a lawyer.

P.S.- Anyone in Texas, this place is supposed to be somewhere in TX. Their # is (281) 828-7223. If that gives you a better idea of what area they're in. If any of you guys out there know where this place is at I'll offer a cash award if you can..."convince" these guys to refund my $$$.

Racenet closed down. I would suggest filing a claim with your credit card company. They should be able to refund your money and go after Racenet.

I ordered my Zex nitrous preasure gauge from them last september-october it took over a month to get it. every time i called it went to an answering machine within 1-2 rings, out of 50+ phone calls i never got to talk to anyone. i think every thing they sell is just drop shipped direct from the manufacture as well.
I would never do bussiness with them again period!!!
