I live in the OC, NY, its about 50 miles from NYC, I was just wanting to know of good street racing scenes in the area, I know its winter but I mean when spring rolls around. Also I know of the ones in Rockland County in Spring Valley. Last year though it was horrible, so I'm looking for new places, hopefully with a lot of fast cars, good races. I don't mind driving to the city or a little farther to see some good races.

I see alot of japanese imports here. Not too sure about the areas because cops have a watchful eye around here.

Behind co-op city. I know of 1 pewter SS and 1 supercharged LT1 in this area and that's about it. Everything else are those slow integras.

oh alright, I'm usually in the hunts point, jerome ave area, but thats it? my friend said the bronx had some pretty good street racing, just make sure you don't talk **** and if you do you better back it up

I went through the hunts point area when I had the T/A. Cops had it locked down. Haven't been by the Jerome area lately. My car is too slow to talk ****. And even if it was quick, I still wouldn't talk ****. Not my personality.

Roarin_8 unfortunately the person with the Honda went of to college and I haven't seen him in a couple months, I only heard his comments through others, and I try to challenge him on the streets at random at he won't do it, so he talks but doesn't back it up, next time I see him though, I am going to try to force him to race.

I think he means ocean parkway in nassau county on the island. He's on the other side of NYC. It would be a long way to drive. Not to mention the staties have been hip to O.P. for a while now.

I don't know much about the NYC scene but I know out in jersey they race right in front of newark intl airport. Never been there myself but heard its some pretty serious cash racing.

Other than that I know the imports hang out up in nanuet - but thats mostly kiddie stuff.

Also a while back I remember hearing somethin about west side highway races, but have NO idea how anyone could race on that f'n road...
