Default How much P/V clearance is adequate before flycutting on a M6 car?

I did a search but could not find anything. Just wondering what you guys have found is adequate piston valve clearance before you need to flycut. According to Crane they suggest clearance should be no less than .080 on the intake and .100 on the exhaust? This is on a M6 car where misshifts and overrevs are alot more common than on a A4. Thanks guys!

For the right springs that will keep valve float to the absolute minimum
