removin the spoiler a bad idea?

removin the spoiler a bad idea? i have a guy that will sell me his formula hatch for 100 bucks with the glass in it. i also debating just unbolting the ta spoiler for friday night. is there any reason this would cause problems. not sure how functional it is but i dont want to assume its not a 130mph.
