Default A tuning issue? Missfires while cruising with low load

I can't figure out what the issue is. When I go WOT, it feels like the hesitation/missfire goes away. But at any RPM, even 2500 plus, cruising is shakey(wiggly) because something like a missfire is sort of lightly randomly occuring. Also occurs going downhill.

Is this a sign of somethign tuning related? The cam is a 236/236 in a 387 ci All Bore engine.

Could be a plug/wire problem.

Well, at 2500, Im not used to the cam creating surge. It feels very much like one. I just am really surprised to see it up at 2500-3000 rpm

I went through all the wires... they all seem good. But I'm going to pull the plugs just for a sanity check anyways. I'd like to see how the plugs look after 400 miles in the new engine anyways.

No...no other signs of poor running at all. Does everything relatively right except this ONE thing... and its a little down on power, but thats because of the craptacular ARE heads. Only 440 rwhp or so out of a 387.
