Shaft mounted rockers and valvetrain geometry?

Shaft mounted rockers and valvetrain geometry? How can you adjust for proper geometry on shaft mounted rockers when their "height" is pretty much set by the rocker stand? I'm using Jesel adjustables, thanks.
