What tires for skinnies???
Gonna buy a set of skinnies, need to know which tires to get and what exact size. I dont want to buy expensive tires like the DS-2 or the M/T, I want like a VW tire that is cheap. Thanks
Also do i need longer studs to run skinnies

Marco I run the metric VW tires on mine. Try and get the ones rated for a max of 44psi. Suposedly they hold up better (think they are marked with a "T" or something like that). If you grind the caliper you shouldn't need spacers in the front. If you don't grind you need a 5/16 spacer and longer studs.

Metric radials should last really well. I got mine with about 200 miles on them and I put another 3,000 miles on them. They still look brand new. I can tell you that they wear alot better than my Nittos in the front.
