New to tuning
Car ran GREAT for a lid, filter car.....laid down 332/343 SAE Corrected. After LT's, ORY it ran a little better, not much. I understand that the car should be dyno tuned after the LT's and ORY. But after the TR 224 cam was put in, the car ran like pigshit. Felt like it lost power, and slower cars (friends) were now beating me. I had the PCM tuned by mail. I think the guy did a shitty job-if he did anything lol. Do you think the tuning is the problem? I am definately going to have the car dyno tuned here soon. I think with the great numbers I put down to begin with and the mods I have now, there is no reason to be putting down 390-400. Do you guys agree? Also, I was wondering what type of E.T. you all would predict. I'll be on a set of MT Drag Radials, so assuming I cut a 1.7XX, do you think I could see a 11.99 or faster?

Well, the dyno #s you seek are generally reminescent of M6 #s for that cam... A4's have a bit more drivetrain loss so I wouldn't be disappointed if you don't hit 390s. It's possible the tune could suck, which is why mail order tunes suck (hit or miss)

yeah i keep forgetting that those numbers where put down when my car was an M6. with the A4 I'm looking for 360-370ish. Hopefully enough to get me into 11's. Have any of you guys seen the MT drag radials in person at the track or anything? I have heard nothing but good about them. they arent actually on the car yet, so i was just wondering. Thanks again
