how do i change the appearance of painted wheels? i have ZR1 17x9.5's which are painted silver. i want to go to a chrome lip and black spoked look. how do i get the lip chrome or polished? i think polished would be easier right?
or do i just ditch them and buy ones that are already like this? my are original GM's, not knock offs

i am guessing you could have them powder-coated black, and the lip polished. but it would probably be just as cheap and alot quicker for you to sell yours and buy some already done like this
