Default 232 240 .595 .610 112 Will it fit?

Can't decide on what cam to get. Will this cam fit with out flycutting the pistons (232 240 .595 .610 112) . I know the numbers are real close to the G5x3 but it's on a 112. I know the G5x3 on 114 only fits with out flycutting.
