I've also been looking at possibly getting some 4.30 gears for my 12 bolt... except mine is a 3 series carrier, so I'd need the thick gear (my Moser originally came with 3.73s).

I tried for a LONG time to find some for my 12 bolt. I ended up having to go with Richmonds, nobody could get the motives.
