What kind of milage can i expect out of a converter? How what kind of milage can i expect to get out of a converter? not MPG but the life of the converter, a friend is selling one but it has about 30k on it, is it worth getting? thanks

Send it back and have it rebuilt. You can look at the fluid and tell if it (and the tranny) is in bad condition. Red fuild is good....orange flakey metalic is bad.
