What I believe about UPD is they are a mom and pop operation out of there garage.Yes they could do more about customer service, yes they could fit better so you dont break it when putting it on.With that being said i dont think there is a better intake for the money.I believe FIPKs suck.

I ordered a smoked clear one when I first got my truck, was obviously very excited when it showed up (ahh, the good old noobie days), took it out of the box and was instantly dissapointed with the quality. Gobs of glue slopped on holding the thing together (looked like crap b/c it was see through) and the plastic seemed brittle. Although I did get alot of comments on it.....transparent intake

Yeah, ALL sponsor feedback threads are going to start getting moved in here even though we are like a little seperate section of the site. There was a little discussion about it and that's what the verdict came out to be.

In the future we may come up with a different setup but, for now any feedback threads will go here.

I really wish UPD was a more responsive outfit because I think they probably have one of the best designs out there. I may try a black one if I see on up for sale in the classifieds since they seem to be less prone to cracking.

Ive got a black one. Its seperating where the 2 parts are glued/epoxied together. I really wish they would hold up to what they told me and replace my tube.

For the money this air tube and lid is a rip off.

300 bucks for the kit, one month later, cracking all over the elbow before the TB. If the sponsor even gave a crap they would at least come on here and defend themselves. They wont answer calls, they wont answer emails, they just plain suck.

Them being a sponser of LS1Tech is a disgrace. The site is pretty much referring you to purchase their products, and look what the people get it return.... crappy product, with crappy customer service.

300 bucks may not be alot of money for some people, for me it is and I wish I would have spent it more wisely.
