Default outward dent in quarter panel

I had a dent in my 1/4 panel and was trying to straighten it out so i could bondo it and get it ready for painting. I slipped with the hammer and hit the complete wrong area once and i have an outward dent from there which was in an area that was previously fine. Is there anyway i can smooth the dent out without having to paint it?

Default

no. you need to take a dolly and hold it to the back of the panel and than take another dolly and tap around the outward dent working your way in..
